We offer different hotels with special room rates for delegates in Mulhouse. After registering, delegates will receive further hotel details as well as the hotel registration form along with the official confirmation of participation. Conference fees Tutorials: 195,– EUR* each Junior participation: € 525,-*(only on presentation of a valid student ID) Conference standard-fee: € 1.050,–* Conference early-bird fee: € 950,–*(for registrations received by 16 September 2010) * All prices plus 19,6 % French VAT. All conferences in Europe are subject to VAT. To reclaim, please contact your local tax office. Tutorial fees include Tutorial participation, tutorial materials and list of participants. Conference fees include Full conference participation, conference proceedings, list of delegates, authority for downloading the presentations in the internet, luncheons and coffee breaks as well as participation in the ECOLROMAT Night on 14 October at the Cité du Train. Conference language The conference will be translated simultaneously into English, German and French. Please note that the contents of lectures and presentations at simultaneously interpreted conferences are predominantly composed in the English language. Cancellations Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received by 16 September 2010. 50 % of the conference fees will be refunded in case notification of cancellation is received later, but not later than 30 September 2010. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fees. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing. In all cases postmark shall apply. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference. The organiser reserves the right to change the programme content or to cancel the event due to important reasons. Cancellation fees of third parties that may appear in this context will not be reimbursed. Please note Videos and photographs of delegates will be made during the conference and may be used for promotional purposes. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Law. Company’s name, city and country might be published on the Internet as reference for upcoming ECOLROMAT conferences. |
