We offer different price categories for participating in the conference. The sooner you register, the more you save:
- Super early bird fee: 1.050 EUR* (valid until 12 February 2020)
- Early bird fee: 1.250 EUR* (valid until 20 September 2020)
- Standard fee: 1.450 EUR* (valid from 21 September 2020)
- Special rate workshopday for contract coaters: 450 EUR*
* Please note that 19% VAT has to be added to all fees. All conference fees in Europe are subject to VAT. To reclaim, please contact your local tax office.
Trust/early bird/ standard rate: The fees include full conference participation on 21 + 22 October 2020 incl. conference materials and list of delegates, luncheons, catering and the participation in the evening networking event on 21 October 2020.
Contract coaters´rate: The fees include participation in the workshop day on 22 October 2020 only incl. workshop materials, luncheons and catering on 22 October 2020 as well as the evening networking event on 21 October 2020. Please note: This rate is applicable for contract coaters only!
Hotel accomodation is not included in the conference fee. We kindly ask you to make your own hotel reservation and recommend to reserve your room as soon as possible as the hotel capacities are limited and early booked. For reserving you hotel room at the conference venue, simply use the online reservation form.

The hotel offers a special room rate of 98,- EUR (incl breakfast) per night for participants until 5 April 2020. After that date the rooms are subject to availability and day rate.
Yes, the conference will be translated simultaneously into English, German and French. Please note that the contants of lectures and presentations at simultaneously interpreted conferences are predominantly composed in English.
Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received by 22 September 2020. 50 % of the conference fees will be refunded in case notification of cancellation is received later, but not later than 6 October 2020. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fees. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing. In all cases date of postmark shall apply. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference. In case of exceptional circumstances (“for good reasons“) the organizer reserves the right to changes of programme or the cancellation of the event. In particular, the organizer is obligated to take such measures entitled, in cases of force majeure, due to official orders, in case of a hazardous situation for life, body or health of the participants. In these cases there is no obligation for the organizer to pay damages and / or reimbursement of expenses to the participants. In particular this applies to any cancellation fees of third parties (e.g. hotel bookings, train or flight tickets).
If you are not able to attend the new date of ECOLROMAT 2020 on 21-22 October 2020, you are welcome to cancel your participation free of charge until 5 May 2020. After that date, the current conditions of participation for our conference will apply. Or your ticket can be taken over by a colleague, if you were not able to attend.
For your records you will receive an official confirmation of participation and invoice after 5 May 2020 or, if you wish, cancellation by e-mail. If your first invoice has already been settled, the amount will automatically be transferred. In case of cancellation by 5 May 2020, the participation fees will certainly be refunded.
Vincentz Network produces a list of delegates for each event which may include the following information: company name, address (zip code, city, country), name and job function of delegate. This list of delegates will be made available for all conference delegates, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors of the event, who may use the data for promotional purposes. Objection against publication and circulation of this data may be made at any time until 3 weeks prior to the event and has to be made in writing to the organiser. Company’s name, city and country might be published on the internet as reference for upcoming ECOLROMAT conferences.
Please note that by registering you understand that your participation and attendance at the conference may be videotaped, filmed and/or audio recorded. You agree that the recording may be used for any lawful purposes that Vincentz Network, or its designees, in their sole discretion, may determine. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Company’s name, city and country might be published on the internet as reference for the upcoming conferences of ECOLROMAT.
